Schedule and smart scheduling.
Sending window, days, time zones, and how emails are spread through the day.
Sending window
Emails only go out inside the window. The default is 10:00 to 17:00.
Days
Pick the days to send. The default is Monday to Friday.
Wait times between steps count calendar days. If a follow-up is due on a day you skip, it goes out on the next sending day.
Time zone
Pick the time zone for the window, for example India (Asia/Kolkata) or New York.
Choose Lead’s own time zone to send in each lead’s working hours.
Smart scheduling (recommended)
With smart scheduling on, each mailbox’s emails are spread across the whole window, with random spacing. For example, 30 emails between 10:00 and 17:00 go out about one every 14 minutes.
Nothing goes out in a burst at launch. A steady pace looks like a real person, and that helps delivery.
With smart scheduling off, emails go out as fast as the random gap allows, until the daily limit is reached. That is usually within the first hours of the window.
Random gap
Every mailbox waits a random time between two emails, for example 2 to 6 minutes. You set the minimum and maximum in Sending limit.
Holidays and days off
Turn on Skip public holidays in India to send nothing on national holidays like Diwali, Holi and Republic Day. Click See dates to check the list.
Under Other days off, add your own dates, like a company holiday or a local festival. Follow-ups wait for the next sending day.
Best times, from your replies
Once you’ve sent about 300 emails and had 10 replies, we show which hours and days get the most replies. Click Use these times to set your window to them.
