Replies: the number to trust
Replies are real people writing back. They are the best sign that a campaign works.
Opens
Opens are a rough signal. Some people read with images off. Some machines load images without anyone reading.
- Open tracking is off by default for cold email. The tracking image can hurt inbox placement. Turn it on in the builder if you want it.
- We separate real opens from machine opens:
- Opened in a mail app: counted.
- Opened in Gmail (through Google’s image proxy): counted.
- Apple Mail Privacy preloads every image, read or not: shown, not counted.
- Security scanners and bots: shown, not counted.
Clicks
Links go through a redirect so you can see who clicked. Clicks by security scanners are never counted.
Bounces

Sending history
Sending history lists every email sent across all campaigns, with what happened after. Filter by campaign, list or event.
