# Your mailboxes are safe with us

You trust us with access to your mailboxes. Here is exactly how we protect them, and your data.

## Mailbox passwords and tokens are encrypted

App passwords, sign-in tokens and integration keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they're stored, and are never shown again after you save them.

## Microsoft without a password

Microsoft 365 mailboxes connect with Microsoft sign-in, so we never see or store the password.

## API keys you control

Keys are shown once and stored only as a hash. Give each key only the access it needs, from read-only to full, for one workspace or all of them. Revoke a key in one click.

## Roles and workspaces

Owner, admin, member and viewer roles. Limit a teammate to the workspaces they work on. Billing and deleting stay with the owner.

## Support access you can see

If our team opens your account to help, it's read-only by default, needs a reason, is logged, and shows up in your Settings under Support access. Support can never change billing, delete your account or change the owner.

## Signed webhooks

Every webhook carries an HMAC-SHA256 signature so you can confirm it came from us.

## Abuse protection

Bot protection on sign-up, a review of each account's first campaign, content rules, and automatic pauses on bounce spikes. This keeps the platform's sending reputation clean for everyone.

## Unsubscribes always honoured

One-click unsubscribe headers, unsubscribe detection in replies, and an account-wide blocklist that can't be bypassed, through the app or the API.

## Your data stays yours

Export your contacts and sending history as CSV whenever you like. Ask us to delete your account and we remove your data.

### Where it runs

The app and database run on Oracle Cloud, behind Cloudflare. Emails are sent through your own provider's servers (Google, Microsoft, Zoho or your SMTP host), not ours.
