# Start here

Your first day, step by step. From sign-up to your first campaign.

Welcome. This page shows the steps for your first day. Each step takes a few minutes.

## 1\. Connect a mailbox

Go to **Mailboxes** and click **Connect mailbox**. You can use Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho or any provider with SMTP and IMAP. Connect as many mailboxes as you like. There is no extra charge.

## 2\. Check your domain

Open your domain from the Mailboxes page. Fix anything red: SPF, DKIM, DMARC. See [Set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC](/help/dns-records).

## 3\. Import contacts

Go to **Contacts** and import a CSV file, an Excel file or a Google Sheets link. We check every address and tag each contact with their email provider. See [Import contacts](/help/import-contacts).

## 4\. Create your first campaign

Go to **Campaigns** and click **New campaign**. Pick your list, your mailboxes, your schedule and write your emails. See [Create a campaign](/help/create-campaign).

Your first campaign gets a quick review before it sends. It usually takes under an hour. We email you when it’s approved.

## 5\. Set up reply forwarding

Replies land in the **Master Inbox**. You can also forward them to your usual inbox. Open a mailbox’s **Settings** and fill in **Forward replies to**.

## Good to know

-   Your first month is free. No card needed.
-   New mailboxes start slowly: 10, then 20, then 30 emails a day. See [Sending limits and the slow start](/help/slow-start).
-   We don’t run a warm-up network. See [Why we don’t do warm-up](/help/no-warmup).
